Having covered basic and intermediate core exercises, now let’s move onto an advanced workout that will prep you to eventually go into a L-sit. It is only 12 minutes but we promise that it will be challenging and help you build a strong core!
If this advanced core workout is a little too strenuous for you, don’t be discouraged as it took this 53 year-old several sessions before getting it ‘right’. Do it at your own pace or start off with our previous exercises first:
