Founded in Singapore in 2016, we cover local stories alongside wellness ideas, people and events across Asia and beyond. The Wellness Insider helps readers explore their choices without the pressure to pursue someone else’s idea of a perfect life or body.
Our founder
Meet Melissa Fann
Melissa founded The Wellness Insider to make room for conversations about body confidence and wellbeing without judgement. Her work in marketing and content shaped a publication that brings together practical information, lived experience and voices from across the wellness community.
She is the author of Building Body Confidence, a collection of interviews about people's experiences with body image. She also writes about food at In Chef Mode.
