You guys asked for it and Suzie has delivered! This is an 8 min workout to tone those abs and the exercises may look simple but you’ll definitely feel your core muscles burn. There is not rest in between but Suzie has mentioned that if the moves are too taxing for you, you may take a bit of rest in between and it will be a good indication of your fitness level as well. There is NO shame if you’re not there yet as it will take time to train them muscles up!
