More about the five fitness stations
Battle Rope Stretch the limits of your physical strength and mental focus in this high-intensity exercise that tones the whole body. Swing the battle rope over a centre pivot without knocking it over. Aim to do that as many times as possible within 2 minutes, subject to a cap of 120 times for the maximum score. |
|
Bar Hang
Test your endurance and grip strength as you hang from a sturdy bar with both legs off the ground for as long as possible, subject to a cap of 2 minutes. Push your limits and showcase your upper body resilience. |
|
Farmer’s Walk
Challenge your strength and speed by carrying a 10kg kettlebell in each hand. Cover a total distance of 20 metres, making U-turn at every 5-metre distance. Demonstrate your power and agility by going as fast as you can without dropping the kettlebells. |
|
Bar Crossing
Test your agility and balance. Navigate across a 3-metre bar without falling off. Go as fast as you can for 4 times within 2 minutes. |
|
Reactive Wall
Designed to test your cognitive and reflex abilities, swiftly tap pods that light up in red, testing your reaction time to tap the most number of red pods in 2 minutes. |
