If InterContinental Singapore wins the award for having the most interesting selection of Afternoon Tea treats, Atrium wins the award for having the most insta-worthy dessert stand. The Festive High Tea ($88++/2 pax) is presented on a beautiful tea-stand modelled after Atrium’s iconic pods.

Of all the menus I have seen, Merriment clinches the award for having the most interesting selection of afternoon treats. Some highlights include Baked Turkey Breast with Chicken Floss, Seaweed, Caramelised Onions in Beetroot Basket, a delectable Potato gnocchi, pumpkin puree with chestnut crumble and playful Speculoos snowman macaron. 10. Premium High Tea @ SKAI Swissôtel The Stamford (S$172++/2 pax)
Like Alley on 25, SKAI is a beautiful restaurant in the sky that offers quality food with an iconic city view. This December, SKAI is offering a Premium High Tea for $86++/adult and $43++/child. But it is worth every penny.
The savoury menu contains refined dishes such as Maitake Truffle with Celeriac & Flat Bread and Lobster Roll with Celeriac, Green Apple & Caviar. And the sweet menu includes beautiful Earl Grey Macarons, elegant Chocolate Bonbons and a homely Brown Butter Madeleines. Every set comes with the choice of a TWG tea or Suzuki coffee.
