This coming Easter, it is annually the celebration of Jesus Christ’s rising from the dead as well as the coming of Spring. Regardless, it is also a time for families to bond with each other and as usual, there will be food involved. For brunch, many restaurants in Singapore will be offering special Easter-themed spreads that will tantalise tastebuds and allow everyone to just relax.

Capella Singapore

Capella is setting up a garden-themed brunch at its Grand Ballroom Foyer. The brunch flaunts a spread of ‘live’ stations offering a variety of meats, pasta, Mediterranean food, Asian food, cheeses and of course, hand-crafted Easter-themed desserts.

It’s not just food, families will be able to form part of Capella’s egg and face painting events for the kids, as well as a large ball pit all, found at the Bunny Corner. Of course, no Easter event would be complete without a traditional egg front that participants will be able to undergo at the Foyer’s front yard.

The event will take place on 1st April and goes from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Adults can enter for S$208 (per person) and kids for S$78 (per child).

The Ritz-Carlton

Easter may be tied with egg hunting and kids running around, but it doesn’t have to be. Colony understands this, and that’s why it’s showcasing a unique Easter-themed lunch fest for adults. Come to The Ritz-Carlton’s Charlie, and the Chocolate Factory themed brunch filled with gourmet delights like gold braided eggs with avruga caviar and truffle-infused parma ham. Main courses will offer baby lamb with Mediterranean herbs and Easter pie with black forest ham and ricotta for dessert.

But don’t worry, if you want to make the most of this event but also have kids you want to bring along, Ritz has you covered. Kids can look forward to a special appearance by Willy Wonka, as well as an Easter crafts station and chocolate eggs, so there’s something for everyone.
