She started as a Pilates teacher, helping clients to move better. Today, she works to create fitness businesses for high achievers who want a unique experience, while helping them to look good and perform at their peak.
Through her own practice and joint problems – she used to suffer from chronic shoulder pain for over 10 years due to many long hours at the computer – she is on a mission to educate people to address the lack of joint mobility early in their lives.
