Losing weight is not easy for most people and every body (yes, the body itself) is different, which is why merely doing aerobics or simply cutting back on certain foods may not necessarily help you on your weight loss journey. Moreover, most people are so obsessed with the scales that they forget that building muscles are important too. Here’s my story on how I managed to lose 9kg within 10 months. I’m now maintaining the weight and am still on the road to try and lose more fats.
