In addition to the wellness programme, 21 Carpenter is delighted to introduce a sumptuous Sunday Roast experience at its Neo-Bistro & Bar Kee’s, where guests can indulge in an exquisite culinary journey. Guests can savour a flavourful, whole Butter Roast Chicken served with green olives, coriander, and pickled red onion, accompanied by a refreshing Citrus Kale Salad, hearty Basil Pesto Orecchiette, and a side of Warm Potatoes au Gratin. The Sunday Roast is available all day and is suitable for three to four diners.

Sunday Brunch at Kee’s and Rooftop Pool

Completing the decadent meal is The Tempest, a signature riff on a Bloody Mary cocktail featuring bacon-infused vodka, maple bacon, spiced bacon salt, tomato juice, and a dash of Tabasco.

To further elevate the experience, diners are invited to take a dip at the Rooftop Infinity Pool & Lounge, where they can continue to enjoy Kee’s signature cocktails up at the lounge.
