Culinary designer Hong Dingzhao has curated a lavish feast at Xperience at SO/Singapore that includes a 3-tier tower that will be served on your table loaded with hot and cold appetisers on the bottom, followed by poached prawns and mud crab, grilled whole squid, and roasted veggies in the middle, plus a delectable spread of assorted eclairs, cakes and berry crumble pie to finish on top.

You may want to go easy on the tower as there’s also a free-flow carving station where you can savour roasted chicken, Australian stripling and seabags with tomato and olive salsa.
