Cable Car Sky Dining
Who says you can’t “fly” even when borders have closed? This New Year’s Eve, ring in the new year by dining in a moving cable car at more than 100m above sea level.

Light Show @ Marina Bay
While there will not be any fireworks this year, you will still be able to see beautiful lights at Marina Bay this New Year’s Eve. Held at The Promontory, “Shine a Light” presents a formation of 60 lights that will illuminate the Marina Bay skyline from 8pm -1030pm every night. Every 15 minutes, you can expect to see a mesmerising 3-minute light animation too!
The good news is that you don’t have to crowd at The Promontory to see the lights well. Head to the Esplanade waterfront or book a staycation at one of the surrounding hotels such as Marina Bay Sands, Mandarin Oriental or The Ritz-Carlton Hotel! These vantage points offer a more stellar view of the lights against the marina bay skyline. Combined with the people you love around you, this is truly one of the best places to spend New Year’s Eve.
