In a world where hustle is glorified and sleep is often sacrificed, Woosa wants us to hit pause — literally.
This September, the local mattress brand is putting sleep centre stage by inviting everyday Singaporeans to become the star of their Sleeping Beauty showcase — simply by doing what we all love: resting. And here’s the dreamy part: selected participants, or “Dreamers,” will receive up to S$3,000 for relaxing at Woosa’s upcoming pop-up showcase from 8 to 14 September 2025.
Following the success of their June event, Woosa is back to challenge societal perceptions around sleep. With Singapore regularly ranking as one of the most sleep-deprived countries in the world, the brand is using this unique casting call to emphasise that rest isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.
The upcoming showcase isn’t just about lounging in bed. It’s a storytelling experience where Dreamers will be featured in personalised sleep settings designed around their real-life habits — whether they’re night owls, midday nappers, or early risers. The idea? To reflect the diverse ways people find rest and to remind us all that sleep should be valued just as much as nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being.
To bring this concept to life, Woosa has launched a cheeky Instagram reel inspired by detective shows — only this time, they’re on the hunt for their dreamiest star yet.
How to Apply:
If you’re aged 21 to 35 and have a unique relationship with sleep (maybe you’re a serial snoozer or a pillow connoisseur), you can apply by sharing your sleep story at this link. Applications close 10 August 2025 at 11:59 PM. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via email.
So if you’ve ever wished you could be paid to sleep, now’s your chance to nap your way to fame.
