One Day Only: A Brunch That Gives Back

One-MICHELIN-starred ANDŌ in Hong Kong is hosting a festive, one-day-only charity brunch on 14 December, inviting guests to celebrate the holiday season through the spirit of giving. Instead of paying for a set menu, diners are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys, which will be gifted to children and families supported by MORE GOOD, a charity dedicated to providing nutritious meals to underserved communities.

A Heartfelt Collaboration

As the official Restaurant Ambassador for MORE GOOD, ANDŌ created this event to make the season more meaningful for families in need. The initiative encourages guests to share joy with children who may otherwise go without gifts during the holidays, transforming a festive meal into an act of community care.

A Comforting, Family-Style Christmas Menu

Guests will enjoy a three-course, family-style brunch crafted by Chef Agustin Balbi. The meal begins with a bright and refreshing fish carpaccio dressed with passionfruit and salsa fresca, followed by warm Argentinian empanadas served with chimichurri.
The centrepiece is a hearty roasted beef paired with potatoes, onions, and gremolata, showcasing rich, comforting flavours ideal for sharing. Dessert features playful combinations of coffee, vanilla, and chocolate, ending with freshly baked madeleines for a warm, nostalgic finish.
