Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at the Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality, and it was an experience that perfectly combined luxury and wellness. As a family traveling with our 6-month-old daughter, we were eager to find a destination that catered to our need for relaxation and family-friendly amenities. Arrival and First Impressions
From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of calm and serenity. The lobby’s elegant design and soothing ambiance immediately set the tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we could feel the resort’s commitment to providing a rejuvenating experience tailored to our values and lifestyle. We only found out on our way to our room that there is another lobby (Palawan Lobby), which is used mainly for group check-ins.
Exploring the Courtyard Premier Room
Our home for the night was the Courtyard Premier Room, a beautifully designed space that exudes comfort and style. The room features a luxurious king-sized bed, and an elegant bathroom (although we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a bathtub) equipped with premium amenities. The natural colour palette and thoughtfully selected decor elements created a peaceful retreat that was perfect for unwinding.
One of the standout features of our room was the private courtyard. This tranquil outdoor space became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy some fresh air. It was especially delightful for our daughter, who loved the open space and the opportunity to be outside safely as she just got her crawling license.

Wellness and Amenities
Oasia Resort Sentosa places a strong emphasis on accessible wellness, and this is evident in the variety of amenities available. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a yoga mat, encouraging guests to maintain their wellness routines in the comfort of their own space. All guests are welcome to attend the complimentary wellness activities. Just check with the hotel on what’s available during your stay!
We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool as there was no other guests around and we were too lazy to climb up the hill to go over to the Village Hotel where they have a children’s pool. Nonetheless, Oasia’s pool is only 1m at the deepest and our little one had a fun time splashing around.
Dining Delights
The dining options at Oasia Resort Sentosa were another highlight of our stay. We indulged in a delicious and wholesome breakfast spread at the Bedrock Origin that catered to all dietary needs. The range of healthy and indulgent options ensured that we started our day on a delightful note.
Safety Concerns
While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, we did encounter a minor safety concern. The low beam/ledge above the suitcase holding area in our room posed a potential hazard when retrieving or storing our luggage. This is something to be mindful of during your visit, and we hope the resort addresses this design issue in the future.
Media Event and Personalised Experiences
During our stay, we attended a media event where the General Manager of Oasia Resort Sentosa shared a little more about the resort and how the Far East Hospitality group is moving towards sustainability.
We also participated in a fun and educational activity—making our own body scrub using all natural ingredients such as sugar, salt and coffee grounds from the restaurant. This hands-on experience allowed us to create a personalised wellness product to take home, adding a unique touch to our stay.
Refreshed Rooms and Family-Friendly Environment
Oasia Resort Sentosa has recently launched their Courtyard Premier rooms and refurbished Junior Suites, which are designed to provide a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. As a family with a young child, we appreciated the resort’s family-friendly environment. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring an stress-free and enjoyable stay.
