A One-Night-Only Collaboration for a Community in Need
Some of Hong Kong’s most celebrated culinary talents are joining forces for a meaningful cause this December. On 9 December, JIA Group’s chefs and a lineup of Michelin-starred and acclaimed restaurants will host a special one-night charity dinner at Louise, raising funds for the Hong Kong Red Cross’ ongoing relief efforts following the tragic Wang Fuk Court fire in Tai Po.
The devastating incident left families displaced and communities grieving, prompting chefs from Louise, Estro, Mono, Andō, 22 Ships and Leela to come together in solidarity. All proceeds from the dinner, including food and wine, will be donated entirely to support emergency relief, shelter services and psychosocial assistance for affected residents.

A Powerful Expression of Hospitality and Compassion
The collaborative spirit behind the event underscores the urgent need for community support. JIA Group shared that the tragedy struck close to home for many in Hong Kong, and this dinner is a way for the city’s culinary community to channel their craft into something restorative and deeply human. Their message emphasised unity, gratitude for frontline responders, and the power of coming together through hospitality.
