Halloween Brunch Extravaganza with Lion Brewery Co

Known for their soul-stirring blend of afrofuturistic funk, jazz, and disco, this dynamic duo celebrates the exuberant tapestry that is Black queerness while embodying the androgynous glamour reminiscent of icons such as Prince, Boy George and David Bowie. “Long Live the Dai Lo” at The Dragon Chamber

Trailing the success of its Full Moon debut, the second instalment of the Shanghai Underground series gets a sinister makeover with its Halloween edition. Titled “Long Live the Dai Lo”, the speakeasy will be changing up the format into a gang-horror themed abode where patrons can pay respects to The Dragon Chamber’s former leader between meals and booze – just as one would expect at a Chinese funeral.
Primarily centred around dining in the earlier hours from 5pm – 10pm and a special supper menu from 10pm onwards, diners can dine alongside the solemn company of a coffin centrepiece complete with funeral fittings for photo opportunities. Also available will be limited edition Halloween tipples like the Black Heart / 黑心 flaunting a Peddlers gin, Amaro Montenegro and grapefruit base topped off with a white chrysanthemum flower obeying true traditions as well as shots of Blood for Blood 血债血偿 – that combine Peddlers salted plum gin with coffee liqueur.
In a bid to incentivise attendees to come in their best funeral garb, there will also be a Best Dressed competition for a shot at scoring the grand prize of a 2D1N stay at the panoramic Duxton Room at the recently opened Mondrian Singapore Duxton with runner-up prizes that include bottles of Peddlers Gin as well as $100 worth of drink-and-dine vouchers for return visits.

Gateway to Hell at orchardgateway
Calling all thrill-seekers and spooky-lovers! This October, join orchardgateway and The Blue Pocket for a spook-tacular adventure at their inaugural Halloween event – Gateway to Hell: Reliving the Gruesome 60s.
From 14 to 31 October, the iconic and vibrant mall will transform into a sinister haunt replete with an immersive haunted house set in 1960s Singapore, which includes a Virtual Reality gaming experience for courageous souls, a photo booth for participants to commemorate their trial, and walk away with a limited edition goodie bags after you’ve braved the terrifying scare maze! Is your heart prepared for this?
During the event period, the haunted house experience will be open from 6.30pm – 11.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 12pm – 11.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. On the much-anticipated Halloween weekend, 27 and 28 October, the haunted house will offer special extended hours from 12pm all the way till 1am!
