This is an intimate 2-day, 1-night retreat designed to support emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and explore the power of consensual human connection.

In a private, intentionally held space, we come together to slow down, breathe, and experience comfort, presence, and mutual care—on your terms.

You’ll be invited to listen to your body’s truth, communicate with clarity, and participate in structured, opt-in group experiences.

• Check-in at 3:00 PM (following a shared group lunch nearby)
  Check-out at 11:00 AM, followed by a relaxed group lunch and optional free time in the area

• Facilitated by trained professionals with experience in consent culture and emotional support
