Get ready to explore Singapore with The Great Gold Hunt by Great Eastern

Get ready for a citywide adventure with The Great Gold Hunt, a free, islandwide experience by Great Eastern that invites Singaporeans to step outdoors, solve clues and hunt for hidden mock gold bars across the island.

Launching from 7 February 2026, this real-life treasure hunt blends puzzles, exploration and discovery, turning familiar neighbourhoods and landmarks into part of an exciting search. Participants can register online and take part in weekly quizzes released every Saturday to unlock clues that lead to the location of a hidden mock gold bar.

With eight mock gold bars hidden across Singapore between 7 February 2026 and 14 March 2026, the hunt is designed to spark curiosity, movement and a sense of fun, whether you’re exploring on your own or teaming up with friends and family. The first verified participant at each location will win one genuine 10g gold bar.

Participation is free and open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above¹. One additional genuine 10g gold bar will also be up for grabs via a lucky draw for the 120,000 registrants.
