You Matter
Head to L4 Gastro Square for “You Matter”, an interactive educational booth by The Salvation Army Youth Development Centre. The booth aims to raise awareness of mental well-being and self-care, while introducing the Centre’s youth mental health and development services, which support young people in building resilience and reaching their potential.
Temasek Polytechnic Wellness Exhibition
Visitors can also explore a dedicated wellness exhibition by Temasek Polytechnic, offering a creative way to learn more about wellness and mental well-being.
The World Mental Health Day programme is held in collaboration with CONNECT @ City Square Mall and Temasek Polytechnic as part of City Square Mall’s Enter the PlayVerse: Shop, Play & Discover campaign.
