Moom University Raise Day is a flagship 5K non-competitive walk supporting access to women’s health education and Daughters of Tomorrow. The morning includes the walk, a Wellness Village with brand activations, a communal cold plunge, sports massages, food and drink redemptions, and raffle prizes.

Registration: Opens from 7am, with staggered start times.
