Glow Festival Singapore 2026 Returns to Sentosa with Wellness Experiences, Global Fitness Icons and Live Music Headliners

Glow Festival Singapore 2026 returns this July with its most ambitious edition yet, transforming Sentosa into a large-scale wellness destination featuring movement sessions, mindfulness experiences and headline music performances across multiple beachfront locations.

Running from 10 to 19 July 2026, the festival blends fitness, recovery, creativity and live entertainment into a multi-day programme designed for participants of different ages and experience levels. Visitors can expect everything from sunrise yoga and seafront runs to strength training, meditation workshops and recovery-focused sessions across the island.

This year’s edition marks a new three-year partnership involving the Sentosa Development Corporation, Singapore Tourism Board and Prudential Singapore, alongside festival founder Exceed Sports & Entertainment, signalling a long-term vision to position Glow as a major regional wellness lifestyle event.

A Wellness Programme Designed for All Levels

Across the festival period, more than 70 wellness sessions will be available, covering movement, mindfulness and creative engagement. These include yoga classes, functional fitness sessions, breathwork workshops and guided recovery experiences designed for both beginners and regular practitioners.

The daytime programme will be led by internationally recognised fitness personalities including Joe Wicks, Chontel Duncan and Emi Wong, bringing a global perspective to the local wellness scene through accessible, community-focused workouts.

Visitors can also explore the Every Body Club by Prudential experiential space, where festival-goers can participate in wellness activities and access consultations such as physiotherapy and chiropractic sessions as part of Prudential’s broader health ecosystem initiative.

Evening Concerts Featuring International Music Headliners

As the festival transitions into evening programming, live music performances take centre stage with a lineup that reflects Glow’s evolving blend of wellness and cultural experiences.

Global pop star Jason Derulo will headline on 17 July, followed by Korean indie band Hyukoh on 18 July. The festival closes on 19 July with Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Alessia Cara, whose performance marks the finale of the 2026 edition.

These headline concerts complement sunset wellness sessions and create a day-to-night festival atmosphere that encourages both movement and social connection.

Six Immersive Festival Zones at Palawan Green

From 17 to 19 July, the main festival grounds at Palawan Green will feature six themed zones designed around different aspects of wellbeing.

The central Cupola Stage will host large-scale group workouts during the day and live performances in the evening, serving as the heart of the festival experience.

Surrounding zones include Flow Studios, where visitors can join yoga, pilates and functional training sessions, and Mind Oasis, which focuses on meditation, breathwork and conversations around topics such as stress management and sleep optimisation.

Creative workshops will take place at Makers Meadow, while Recharge Bay offers recovery experiences including stretching sessions and muscle restoration treatments. Meanwhile, Glow Commons brings together curated food and beverage concepts, including collaborations with local culinary partners.

Island-Wide Wellness Experiences Across Sentosa

Beyond Palawan Green, Glow Festival Singapore 2026 extends across Sentosa through additional programmes hosted at participating island resorts and hospitality venues such as Raffles Sentosa Singapore, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, W Singapore Sentosa Cove and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa.

These satellite experiences expand the festival beyond a single venue, encouraging visitors to explore the island through a broader wellness itinerary.

Since its debut in 2019, Glow Festival has evolved from a single-day event into one of Singapore’s largest wellness lifestyle gatherings. The 2026 edition continues this trajectory by combining movement, mindfulness and music under the theme “We Glow Better Together.”
