Organised annually by the Singapore Heart Foundation to celebrate the global May BP Measurement Month (MMM) initiative, this free event is the best way to kickstart your ♥️-healthy journey.
With a variety of activities such as free blood pressure (BP) screening, games (with prizes to be won), and heart health booths, Down with Hypertension 2024 is the perfect weekend activity to learn more about heart health and keep up the good fight against hypertension.
Grab your loved ones and join us at Down with Hypertension 2024 at the Outdoor Plaza, Bishan Community Club on Saturday, 25 May 2024, to take charge of your heart health. While some activities have been fully subscribed, walk-ins are more than welcome for the Outdoor Plaza activities!
