SUMMARY:Moon Bathing – Bi-monthly Gathering on Full Moon
DESCRIPTION:The full moon is known for its ability to manifest desires\, so if you feel like treating yourself to some self-care\, consider a moon bath. \nMoon bathing is a great way to get in tune with your body and connect with the cosmos—and it can also help you relax\, meditate\, and feel more connected to nature. \nHow Does Moon Bathing Work? \nWhen you are exposed to the light from the moon\, it can help to release melatonin\, which will help you get a good night’s sleep. The best way to do this is by going outside and basking in the moonlight— all while meditating or practicing yoga. \nWhat Can You Expect From Moon Bathing? \nWhile there are many benefits that come with doing this type of meditation\, including better hormonal health\, there are also some things that you should expect when engaging in this practice. Some people may experience feelings of peace\, euphoria\, and even heightened creativity when they go out into nature and take in all that the night has to offer. If you’re looking for something new in your life then this could be exactly what you need! \nWhat Can You Expect During Our Session \nWe will first gather at Eros Coaching office before heading off to a outdoor location. We will picnic (share food/ drinks)\, lie down outdoors\, share about ourselves and lives\, then meditate under the moon. SUMMARY:Work x Rest x Play: Tried-and-tested Strategies that Work for your Best Year in 2023!
DESCRIPTION:I’m Relationship Counselor & Clinical Sexologist and one of my passions is helping people get in touch with their emotions so they can make informed decisions about how to take care of themselves. As the 2022 comes to a slow end\, I have one last virtual offering for you: Work x Rest x Play. I’d be covering my tried-and-tested tips\, tricks\, techniques (aka strategies) that has worked for me and brought me to where I am today so that you can have your best Year in 2023! \nWe all want to prioritise things in our lives. And with today’s hectic environment\, it’s so easy to focus just on the urgent things and put everything else into a backlog. How often do we allow ourselves to be so urgent that we don’t listen to our body or pay attention to what we truly need? \nI know it can be hard to take care of yourself when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed\, but it’s important that you do. It will help you feel better overall\, and allow you to cope with difficult situations more easily. My goal is that by the end of workshop\, you will gain some practical ways that support you to feel safe expressing yourself and know that it’s okay if you’re not perfect all the time. \nI will share with you how to: \n\nMake sense of your life – 2 Frameworks\nNavigate Your Life – 3 Perspectives\nManage your time\nDeal with work stress\, stage fright\, and other negativity\nGround\, release\, reframe\, self-soothe and self-talk\nSleep better\nOvercome depression and burn out – at least from my point of view\nPlay\, why play\, and how I play\nSet Intentions for 2023\n\nWhile what works for one person might not work for another – learn what you can\, and see what what works best for you! Sometimes we need other people to push us a little bit so that we can get back onto track with our self-care practices. \nAll sharing and emotions are welcomed. Do note this is not a replacement for psychotherapy or intensive therapy. \nVirtual Format: \nThis session welcomes people of all gender\, sexual orientation and abilities.
