DESCRIPTION:Held in commemoration of National Heart Week/World Heart Day (NHW/WHD)\, the annual event organised by the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) returns virtually this year! \nAs the championing voice advocating heart health for five decades\, SHF has been at the forefront in the battle against heart disease.
