The sequence includes a treadmill run\, front-rack walking lunges\, RowErg\, alternating dumbbell snatches\, Assault Bike\, sled push\, SkiErg and a final Hang & Hold. \nThe Team category takes place on 26 September\, with Doubles and Relay formats\, while the Elite category runs on 27 September with Singles and Doubles divisions.
