SUMMARY:CHIJMES and Capitol Singapore Bring Singapore Night Festival 2026 to Life with Myths & Legends
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Singapore Night Festival 2026\, CHIJMES and Capitol Singapore will present a line-up of immersive experiences inspired by this year’s theme\, Myths & Legends\, from 21 August to 5 September 2026. Visitors can expect projection mapping\, interactive art experiences\, community installations\, live performances and creative markets spread across both heritage venues. \nAt CHIJMES\, the festival centres on large-scale visual storytelling. Returning visitors can catch the Textures through Time projection mapping show on the exterior façade of CHIJMES Hall\, while selected dates will feature Singapore’s first large-scale indoor projection mapping experience inside the historic hall. Other activities include the adidas Hyperboost Run Experience\, which combines a community night run with shoe trials\, as well as Neon Glow Art Jamming sessions where participants can create fluorescent artwork under UV lighting. \nCapitol Singapore will focus on hands-on creative experiences and community participation. The Outdoor Plaza will host Pasar Ma(d)lam\, a creative night market featuring local makers\, handcrafted products\, live caricatures\, henna art and lifestyle booths.
