Drawing on the rich heritage of floriography, the art of conveying messages through flowers, Executive Pastry Chef Richard Chew and his team have meticulously curated a menu that continues to celebrate the essence of floral language. Each delicacy is a harmonious blend of flavours and textures in both sweet and savoury delight, designed to transport guests on a journey through an enchanting garden of seasonal blooms.

As guests are seated, they are warmly welcomed with the inviting aromas of the Chrysanthemum Rise, a refreshing blend of chrysanthemum tea, cherry blossom syrup and calamansi juice. Delight in the sweet notes of Sakura where sakura mousse is paired with raspberry jam, red velvet sponge, almond sable and honeycomb. Relish in the distinctively aromatic sweetness of Osmanthus in a jelly which is paired with an equally fragrant osmanthus cream, Joconde sponge and sable dough.

For the savoury treats, indulge in the flavours of Yellow Daisy, the flower of joy, comprising of crab rillette served with celeriac, creme fraiche, Ikura and coriander cress on brioche.
